I too went to Road, I wouldn't miss it and I don't live far from the Ontario Convention Center, so all the better. I also would not miss Long Beach in July either. These quilt makers are awesome, and I always come home with ideas and inspired again. Of course, I don't always get all my "ideas" started let alone finished, but I have used some of the ideas.

However, I didn't spend that much $'s this time, went and got what I "needed", not wants. I didn't take any classes this time either, were some I wanted to, but just didn't get on the ball and sign up.

Best of all it is a four day show, that helps too.

Thanks for sharing. Something for those of us who are begining to shot for. And your most favorite one is fantastic!!! They are all true works of art!!
I just love going into the quilting/needle art rooms at fairs.
They hold a quilt show in Monroe, Wash. at the fair grounds every year too. I went and spent the WHOLE day there (3 buildings full!) by myself (so that I could really look), just looking and getting ideas from what I saw.
Thanks again for sharing!!! :>) WOW !

Thank you so much!!! This is the first year I missed. We were in L.A. attending a funeral of a beloved aunt. The quilts are beautiful and it warms my heart to be able to see all of the beautiful pictures you took of these amazing quilts. Thank you for taking the pictures and thank you so much for posting the pictures. You brought a huge smile to my face. Now, I feel like I was there.

Thanks for taking me to the quilt show with you. It is wonderful. I'm going to keep this for awhile so I can digest it all. So much to see. Thanks for taking so much of your time. Much appreciated by all.
