Default Road to Grandma & Grandpa's

A few pictures of a quilt I made for my four year granddaughter. One side is an I Spy matching game and the other side is a play quilt of the road to our house. My son and his family live almost 200 miles away and we often meet halfway to get my granddaughter for a visit. She loves it and enjoyed "helping" me make it. Wonderful. I found myself trying to match blocks. What fun she is going to have with this quilt. You did good grandma. BrendaK

    Wonderful quilt!

When I was a child we used to draw maps like that of the road to our grandparents' home when we lived about an hour away. Your quilt brings back childhood memories for me.

What a sweet quilt for your granddaughter. She will love it & use it for years & years to come and will always remember the "trips" to grandma's house.

So cute and what a great idea for the back. Granddaughter is so cute and I bet you have a wonderful time with her when she comes to visit.
