    Jacquie:

That was missgigglewings/Donna's center that was changed.

Jodi: When it gets to me, if the border seems to call for embroidery, I will post photos of some designs for your approval.

    Have a great evening!!!!!

    Blessings!

    Thank you Carsey,

Now Jodi, admit it you were not really so trusting when you thought it was peach or salmon? Now would I really do that to you knowing it was for a man?

As I say it was a challenge and trying to find a suitable colour with no flowers on it... lets just stick to it was challenging LOL

Now ladies, I would like to make a braided border so how do I go about it? border needs to finish 5"wide.

Could someone point me in the right direction to achieve this? Thank you

Well I was a little concerned. But from viewing a lot of pics on here I know that the colors can be off ---"way off". Besides I signed up to accept it as it is....so if it was peach or salmon I would live with it....lol. I have never made a braided border before although I have the directions. If you go to www.quilterscache.com she has directions under borders. I "think" once you get it made you can trim it down to the size needed.

Do you know where you got your (very) center fabric from or the name of it???? I would like to try to find some to bring out the white. What do you think????

    Blessings!

Wow! beautiful work, thank you ladies.

Carole, I am sorry but although I found what was left of it there is no name on the remaining piece. I have approximately the size of a fat quarter or maybe a little less remaining and would be happy to send it to you if you would like to have it, just PM me.
