Its called Monterey Medallion by Atkinson Designs but is out of print.

Thanks. I saw that after I posted. Sorry about that.

However, it does not look the same when I googled it. In the various patterns I saw the stars right after the centerpiece are not placed there. I will look later for more designs and see what I can find.
