Default Romeo and Juliet, a Judy Martin scrap quilt

Doodle the pug and Little Liza Jane, my bed partners, are trying out our new daybed cover. This pattern is named Romeo and Juliet. I made it entirely out of fabric I had on hand.

Wonderful quilt! The pattern looks like a great one for stash busting. What book is it from?

The pattern is in Judy Martin's book Scraps. I had to adapt the layout some to fit around the legs of the daybed.

What counts are Doodle and Liza Jane opinions and they seems to be very happy with the quilt. Yes, it definitely looks like a Judy Martin quilt. Met her once and asked her for advice with one of her patterns. She was very helpful.

It looks great on the daybed. Looks like the dogs are guarding it.

What a great job and then to have it fit your daybed. WOW.!! It is so pretty. We see it passed inspection for your bed partners. Love it.

Lovely design and the colours you used work beautifully. What fine little guardians (I especially like Miss Liza Jane).
