    when I'm feeling cooped up at work I stare out the window for a while and daydream!

    Kathy what do you do? I mean...what is your occupation? I would have loved to have something like this to look at when I was working...there were only boring buildings. LOL

    Oh my goodness, that looks like home, You could have taken that picture here, of the Manawatu river where it joins the ocean. Just a few less buildings is all.

    I don't live at the "end of the earth" but you can see it from here! We harvest oysters from Galveston Bay. My office is upstairs over the processing plant, on two sides of the building there is a 5ft' walkway between the building and the water, that's where the boats dock.
    I could fish out my window!

    It's no wonder you are so creative! With all of that inspiration around, who wouldn't be!!! A picture is worth a thousand quilts... I mean words... Naw; I like quilts better. :D That's an awesome view... Thanks for sharing!!

    There must be some beautiful visions in the sky with that view, and oh the fishing boat shots. do you take a camera to work so you can get landscape quilt shots?

    Sandra, I brought the camera because the day brfore there was a gator right out there, guess it's camera shy.
