    Beautiful quilt! Thanks for sharing.
Did you use a template to make those curves?

That is a very cool pattern. I stay away from anything with curves as it looks too difficult-Love the fabrics/colors you used as well :-) I'd say it was worth the 12 year wait!

I did use the template that was in the magazine and it really isn't as hard as everyone seems to think it is.

The curves were not hard to do. Each block started as an 8" square so the curve was gentle and easy to pin and handle.

Yours is beautiful!!!! Never thought about doing it in other colors - I did one in red, white & blue & love it! It is a very fun pattern to do! Not difficult! After seeing your amazing quilt I may have to try it again in other colors!

I think it looks fabulous. May have to try some day Have seen it done in Red/White/Blue and thought it was really attractive for QOV. Love yours.

Wonderful quilt...I love the movement of the design the curves give. I have not seen this pattern before. Great job.

At first I couldn't figure out how the pattern went together, but the close-ups cleared it all up for me. Thanks for posting them! And you get a prize for perfect matching!
