    they are 16 inch circles. I bought the circular batting in my LQS. Nancy's Notions also sells it. fusible on both sides.
    the second binding went on easier as i used the red clips to hold it in place rather than trying to fold it under as I sewed along. cut bias binding for it too. 2 1/4 inch wide.
