Default a round robin with a group of friends

I decided to participate in a round robin with a group of friends and had to show you a picture of the 'quilt' I just worked on- I really like this one- *well, I like them all- but this one really was enjoyable* to work on and I love the way it is growing. it is now 51" square and will have 3 more rounds added to it before it makes it back to the *owner*

That is really pretty. Those touches of colors look nice with the black and white.

How absolutly beautiful. I would love to do a round robin I just don't have enough quilting friends willing to do it to make it work.

Your RR is beautiful. I started one for a QOV, but my quilting buddies don't get it. It is still hanging on the wall where we all quilt. Most of them are only able to follow instructions whereas I can visualize things in my head. Guess I'm going to have to finish the lap quilt myself. I was hoping to have it completed by Memorial Day. Again, yours is so pretty with the touch of color. Love black and white.

I love everything about this quilt especially that bright piece of fabric in there.

That one will be a beauty! I have found in doing RR with friends that if you use a solid border between a pieced border it is easier to add the pieced cause you can adjust the solid border to make up any difference. Clear as mud?

I understand that concept! Our guild is doing a fun project -- every month you pick a bag that has starter fabric and then make a block to go with the quilters idea. I didn't do it as I don't want to mess up someone's quilt. But I sure like looking at everyone else's ideas!
