Hi Cookiemonster! Thank you! The quilting was all done on my domestic Babylock Melody sewing machine. I made each row separately, sewed them together, then did the quilting after it was all in one piece. It was really fun to make!

I'm so impressed! I managed to get 5 patterns while traveling to MI from KS, but once I started looking at them, I didn't have all 4seasons and just could not "see" how to make them so that it really looked coordinated. So gave up and focusing on other projects. I did get several license plates and plan to use on a quilt tote. Maybe next year---I heard all 50 states will participate in 2015.

I love your quilt. You have some fabulous rows that you collected. I love so many of them. I wish I lived closer to your area.

I've since collected more in Maryland and Virginia since we went down to my daughter's school. My favorite patterns are those with applique because they tell a story. The pieced blocks are easier, though. The most challenging part was picking fabrics because I didn't buy kits. I did, however, support most stores with a purchase of fabric.

This "experience" is so much fun. I took my quilt along and showed it as we went shop to shop. Quilters are amazing. Everyone gets excited for each other and they love to look at everybody's work!
