so, I have been making little trees, working along. and I get 10 done, and I think, now i have enough to lay them out, and I can see the fruits of my work. I lay them out on the center, and I hate it!!!!!!!!! Not sure what is exactlly wrong, but I think it looks awful. the colors are all wrong to me, and the trees look so harsh or something. So sorry chewboo   Any way, It is now back to the drawing board, I am sure there is another great idea floating around in my head somewhere
here is a couple of pics. You can see what i mean.

Awww Ninnie....I hate it when I invest time in something then I'm not happy with it. Its hard for me to tell the colors on my monitor for some reason....so I can't really judge this one...maybe you could use some of these tree blocks, but intersperce some different block with it to "soften" a bit maybe???

so soryy you dont like the boarder you came up with the colors dont come through as true so it is hard to see the colors hope you can find some way to use some of them perhaps it is just what ever you think this is your round and i know i will love the end product

I think where I went wrong was the pale green for the sky. Totally my fault. but I do have another idea. and will take the top with me when I go back to buy material. I just consider this a learning experience   thanks for the input, it is so great to be able to come here and post a pic, and get help. I have learned a lot this time around :-D

In looking at it Ninnie...I think you might be right about the sky color. Well...just save them, the blocks themselves are great and you can use them in something else that will be fun!

I agree...I always learn sooo much with every round that I do!
