I finished Chewboo's center today :-D I sewed the last border on, only to find there was no thread in the bobbin from the beginning  So, I had to re pin, and sew it again. Here are a couple of pictures, couldn't get it all in one, will try and have DH hold it up tonight and get a good one.
It has Bear Paw blocks around it, and then campfire blocks in the corners.

Great job Ninnie!!! I had to crack up at you sewing along with your empty bobbin  I did that today too...I was holding some tiny pp pieces, holding my breath that things didn't move, being oh sooo careful...only to find out I hadn't sewn a thing...geesh!

I love your bearpaws for the little bear...the campfire blocks look perfect for the corners too! Love it!

thanks guys, it is funny how you can fail so bad, and then the right idea comes to you.
I didn't only run out of bobbin on the last border, I sewed the first one on up side down   My seam ripper and I spent some quality time together with this one, like making 3 of the bear paw blocks wrong, well it was just one of those weeks of sewing
Can't wait to see where everyone else is , and what you all are doing.
Chewboo , I will try to get a full picture of it today. so you can see the whole thing.
Patty, I had to laugh at the picture of you holding those tiny pieces, and trying not to let them slip, and then sighing with relief when it was done, only to not have any bobbin thread, Sometimes you just gotta laugh, and sometimes you just have to get up and walk away for awhile :-D

I moved the dinning room table. then the buffet table, and pinned it to the curtain, and still couldn't get it in one shot  I am sitting in the middle of the table to get this shot  So, here it is in 2 shots, the bottom and the top. Guess if I knew how, I could have made it into one, :-D
