Default Saddle up your Horses.......quilted by Charisma

Marie sent this quilt for LAQ.

I had fun adding lots of different textures to each element of the quilt...the different fabrics in the boots and hats..she found all the perfect pieces..pretty amazing all the details she put into all the different fabrics..so I just wanted to bring them alive.
I also placed a star in each plain square on the border..and just outlined the ropes in the border to make it have some dimension....fun quilt!

    Thanks Marie!

Makes me think of the song with the line in it: Whiskey for my men and beer for the horses.

    Beautiful quilt.

Stunning quilting, you are awesome. The top was great and you took it just 10x better. Love the detail you put into the horses.
