    Thanks! The pattern was in the Oct/Nov edition of Quick Quilts.

    Gray is about 90 miles southeast of Lafayette and about 60 miles southwest of New Orleans between Houma & Thibodaux.

    Okay to sounds like the idoit. I get "saints" its a sports team. What does the 1st and 10 refer to?

    Its a football term 1st down 10 yards to make a first down

    Cool!!! I have to say when I first read the title, I read it as 'Santa's 1st & 10'. lol I was wondering if Santa is playing football now.

    Big Saints fan here from Lafayette! Nice quilt! Someone got a great deal for $200. Perhaps a raffle would have brought in more money... sell 1000 chances for $1 each or 6 chances for $5. But there's always the chance that someone would be willing to pay $1000 at an auction.
