Of course, I just can't go to town without making a stop there & I did ok again today. I found a bag of flannel pieces for $1. Then larger pieces total 5 yards and got them for $4. I think that I am going to work on a QAYG with this flannel. I also found a couple of fleece throws, 5 ft square, which I will use to make charity baby quilts. I just can't sew fast enough.

The 2 pieces of fleece, about 5x5

These are the flannel pieces. Depending on amount, may use the red & black for the backing

We have a small Salvation Army store just down the road and from time to time go in and just look. The last time i was in it i was talking to a woman who was a Quilter. She had her arms full of every cotton sheet in the "bargan bin" and it cost her $4.00 cant say in yard but it looked like she had 10 lbs of sheets and odd and ends pieces..

Good for you. I usually stop by the goodwill :) Going to check out the GW's next week when my friend comes to visit. We love to go look to see what we can find.
