    Default Same Dog Different Quilt

    This is a quilt I have just finnished for my neice for her 40th Birthday, I think it is called "French Braid" or "Friendship Braid". I used just three fabrics, my neice is a policewoman, she works in the "Torres Strait Islands" off the far north coast of Australia, a very beautifull part of the world, the color of the quilt is the color of the ocean around these islands.

    Celeste my dog was over the moon by the response to her last photo I sent to the Quilting Board she had to be in this one as well

    what a beautiful quilt. and you are so right about the color... i miss sailing in the bahamas where the water is also that color.
