    Mamagus:
I just revisited your quilt sampler as I think it's so pretty. Also wanted to comment on your fuzzy baby in the right hand corner of one of the pictures. It looks like a mini-Schnauzer dog. Is it? We lost our granddog mini-Schnauzer last year and still miss her. That breed of dog is wonderful. Thanks for again inspiring me with your lovely quilt.

I agree with everyone else--this is a very summery quilt, which will make it a great choice for the motor home! I hope you'll post pictures again when you get the sashings on and stick it all together!

Oh Yes... that is Gus the mini-schnauzer. I put a quilt on the floor he has to sit on it. We call him the foreman; whenever we have a workman here in the house, Gus follows him and sits watching him work. Even tried to climb a ladder once!

How funny, Mamagus. What your describe as the "foreman" is so like our baby was. She wanted to be right there in the thick of things. She was so wonderful and we loved her so much. We're still missing her. She had to go to heaven at 16 1/2 yrs old last year. She had heart failure, was blind, deaf and we just had to make the decision that we'd been trying to avoid until it became very clear that all of her loves and her quality of life had diminished to the point it was inhumane for us to make her continue. Enjoy your baby and give him a hug for us.
