    Instead of sewing I got these treadle iron pieces from a friend -cleaned, painted then mounted a piece of chopping block wood to the top for an extra table in kitchen.
    Thanks for looking --was in Vintage area few days ago but intended to share with all.

    Now usable

    I used to have one very similarly made that I used in my kitchen as an island. I have a set of legs now and plan to make another one. They come in handy for all sorts of things, even as an added quilt space next to your sewing machine when FMQ.
