For those who wanted to know how I did the scallops. I marked with a pin the center of the cornerstones in the sashing between my blocks. I then used a Frixion pen to draw the curves between them with this Simple Curves ruler. I quilted in a bead board design on the 5 inch border fabric. I cut the top and side of the quilt after stay stitching just under the 1/4 inch binding mark. When I folded the quilt to see how the scallops lined up with the other side, they didn't! They weren't out by much but enough so they wouldn't match up. I failed to take into account that the cornerstones on one side of the quilt did not perfectly match the other side. The only way I could see for them to match was to fold the quilt and follow the scallops already cut out.
