    The first pic is the finished block and the 2nd pic is the beginning of the quilt, which forms the stars. The pattern is from the book "Nickle Quilts." A good book to using up scraps.

    That sure is going to be a pretty scrap quilt! Gosh I love seeing all the colors and patterns on this board.

    I like how your tones match but the hues are different. The stars give it some umph!

    I'm going to have to buy that book because I LOVE scrappy quilts!! Love your quilt top so far and can't wait to see it when it's finished!
