Hello Polly. Such a different concept for the Sun Bonnet Sue. I've use Sun Bonnet in so many different ways, sizes, etc. But this one looking at the flower I have never seen. Lovely!

Your quilts are so pretty. I really love SunBonnet Sue.
I love to see all the beautiful quilts but sure feel like a novice!
But I do enjoy what I do.

Looking at your Apron quilt gave me an idea. My mom passed away at 50 yrs old in 1968 from Cancer. She loved wearing aprons, and we (my sister and myself) still have all her aprons stashed away in a drawer. I do have 2 on my wall in my sewing room. But if I could talk my sis into it, I can make 2 wallhangings, one for each of us from my mom's aprons. Hope she will go for the idea! Your quilts are beautiful and have inspired me to get on with the apron quilt!!! Thanks!

I'm not a big fan of Sunbonnet Sue, but your quilt is darling! I especially love the appliqued border!
