    I wanted to make a 'free' quilt so I can practice my quilting on my mid arm machine. So I got my stash out and took inspiration from the Shannondoah Valley pattern. Here's the WIP.

    That is going to be just lovely. I so prefer your scrappy stars over the original pattern!

    WOW!! That's so pretty!! I have yet to do scrappy, but it's on my list for my next project.

    That is so pretty. I think the scrappy look is much nicer than the pattern itself and your flying geese are wonderful! Gives me ideas.
