Thank you for sharing your pictures. I was looking for ideas on how to quilt a scrappy and I am glad to see this one and that I don't need to quilt every square. Great for me to see how beautiful yours came out. My problem is that I get so bored doing the same thing on a quilt like you did with the "u's" but it came out so nice, I'll have to just stick with it and plow through to the end! Thanks again, I've been going through all your posts since i saw the one from 2012 "Peony Fantasy". Thank you again!

I spent most of yesterday trying to decide how to quilt a scrappy quilt and your quilting on this one gave me inspiration to quilt it similar. i thought that the "u's" surrounding a block wouldlooks good and a few blocks with differnet flowers, feathers etc. (and be easy for me) Ha! It was very hard for me! Ugh, It is the worst quilting I have done. I like to freemotion on the LA, but mostly feathers, swirls, leaves and very "organic" as I get bored doing the same thing over and over again. But more practice on new designs is probably what I need to do to get the muscle memory needed to do a particular design well. Oh well, I'm glad it was just a scrappy quilt pattern I didn't really care for anyway. I am still inspired by your lovely quilting and will keep trying. Again thank you for sharing.
