    I Love it that you used different fabrics as your base. I started on back in the 60's. It is in storage right now. I need to get it out and finish it.I even have the base fabric that I used.

    Wowza! Awesome quilt! You don't do anything little, do you? But, it reminds me of my first cross stitch. It's enormous (by cross stitch standards) and is on itty bitty count cloth. Thank goodness something inspires us to do these things, in your case all those "free" fabrics and a huge desire to get into this art and skill!

    Looks as if your skills are all there, btw!

    How is it quilted?
