    Copycat, I made it simple to me. I sewed 10 bricks into a horizontal row for a total of 25 rows. Then I paired them offsetting the brick row so when row #2 is put under row #1, there will be excess at the beginning of #2 and the end of #1. Then I trimmed the last brick on row #1 at the right end and then trimmed the first brick on row #2. Hope this helps.

    I love your Simple to me instructions... Trimming the bricks at the end of each row is a great idea. I appreciate your info!

    I saved a picture of your quilt to my "Someday Quilts file" and just last night looked at it again as I plan my quilting efforts for the next few months. I think I have plenty of scraps to make a half dozen of these or more. Don't we all? My scrap bin is large and just starting to over flow. I now see a future for these dear little odds and ends. Thank you for the good idea ...... playing with bricks!.
