    Thank you all for saying such nice things about my quilting. The lady who did this quilt has been quilting for years. You should see her applique'--she has done some wonderful stuff over the years. Now she can only do simple stuff and she told me to not look at some of her seams--how cute is that? She keeps on however. Her sewing and sense of humor keep her going!

    I love that you posted this picture with the story. It helps us perfectionists to just get over it and move on. If this lady can keep up her art with her failing sight I can certainly be less critical of my own work. We tend to be so forgiving of others but not ourselves and this has reminded me to keep on creating.

    There are so many of us on this board that are dealing with health issues etc. that make it extra hard to piece and quilt. You are all my heroes!
