    Really beautiful! I had the same thing happen with some orange batiks. All I did was spill some water out of a bottle on the quilt and all the orange ran on the white. It is devastating so I'm really glad you got all the red out!

    This has to go on my scrappy bucket list...I love Jacob's Ladder. Really lovely quilt. I'm impressed that you didn't panic (for long) when the color ran into the white. I'm not sure what I would have done! Lovely work.

    It is stunning! Hoping you make bundles of cash for the charity!! I've gotten into the habit of washing the reds and darker colors twice in hot and use the color catchers.
