    You have a really good eye for mixing colors, that is what makes this scrappy work so well. It is just lovely.

    I have heard that pattern referred to as a split nine patch or a broken nine patch.

    Thank you Pat. I had a lot of fun longarming on another one of your beautiful quilts. I think the feather design worked up so nicely on this scrappy. Your Granddaughters are very lucky.
