Thank you, grammy Dwynn for starting this show. I have so enjoyed looking at all the entries. Now I just need to get busy on some scrappies of my own. HUGs

Default my Avitar is finally a quilt!

Here is my Maple Leaf log cabin quilt. The maple leaves were part of a block swap in the early 2000, then I couldn't decied on a lay out, then 2 or 3 years ago this layout came off of a magazine cover. The top got made and finaly I got it quilted!

So pretty MsDixie! It looks so warm. I have some of the fabric in my stash and made a bargello vest with it. You have great taste girl.

Here is a lap quilt that I made for a friend who is moving. I did not get a photo of the finished quilt, but this was a "design as you go" quilt.

Default Mother's Day quilt for Sister and Mom

Love all the pictures, decided to post two of mines. Made these for mother's day this year. Pink one is from Quilt Sampler magazine Bubble gum stars, other on is Fading Charm from a blog that I came across, I can't remember which.

Hi everyone, I'm jumping in here because of the tragic tornadoes in Moore, OK.
My friend here on the board "luv2sew2011" (Donna) lives there and since this all happened I've not heard from her at all. I hope she & hubby are in a shelter and safe. I pm'ed her yesterday and nothing from her. She and I have been emailing for sometime now and I'm so upset and just going crazy.
I just want all of you members to send up prayers for them to keep them safe.
Moore, OK. is flattened and so tragic for all of them living there. Last night they were still looking for 24 children and I pray they took shelter somewhere and safe. So please if anyone on the board hears from her please, please let me know.
Thanks and prayers to all in Moore, OK.
