I've just finished a D4P but now I can see what it looks like if I make it with scraps and it looks very pretty too, specially the sashing makes it stand out. Will be one of my next projects :D Love all your other quilts too. Thanks for sharing

OH I have been looking at these, and just love, love, love them. Have so many pretty quilts. I am going to have to try some of these. Such eye candy for all of us.

This thread just keeps getting better and better. I think all my quilts from now on will be scrappy....the ideas section of my brain is now in overload mode LOL

Keep them coming, such talented quilters we all are.

:D Same line of thoughts as me....the problem is we have to make other quilts first to GET the scraps..... :? or just buy a bag of scraps somewhere at Lifeline or so.....

Me too...I finally bit the bullet yesterday after spending nearly 4 weeks cutting all my scraps up into whatever size square I could get from them (all pieces under 1/2 fat quarter) and am now the proud owner of 52 3" finished four patches and a dozen or so HST and a Buckeye Beauty is underway! I have to admit it was so hard for me to go totally scrappy, which goes right against my 'grain' but I am loving seeing all the wonderful scrappies!

I love all the scrappies, and I am going to make one, my brother wants one for graduation, but I love just looking at all the quilts, very inspiring! I feel like someone should just make a thread for any quilts so we can all be inspired! Just looking at other patterns gives me ideas on what I want to make next. Anyone else think so?
