    I really enjoy doing scrappy quilts...they really turn out quite beautiful as a rule

    A quilt with a color theme can still be scrappy! Check out http://www.quiltville.com Everything she does is scrappy, but she often will set a colorway: ie you will need greens, creams and reds if you want to end up with a quilt similar to mine.

    I have a ton of scraps, I cut mine into strips, but haven't done anything with them. I need to start putting them together into blocks for a strip-twist or something...

    Yes the pattern is in Kim Schaefer's book called Flowering Quilts. It's a great book.

    I love scrappy! I just did a baby quilt all out of flannel, and the table runner I did a while back. Blue/gold one was for hubby and is a YBR.

    I am glad that I have started this quilt show. There are so many beautiful quilts!!!
