I love using scraps like this. Looking good! I am so sorry about your Sister. Will put her on my prayer list.

Special thoughts & prayers for your sister. And it amazes me how you are able to just put this together. Thanks for sharing your pics.

Well, after a couple days spent with the chiropracter, massage therapist and hugging my heating pad, I have been back at my sewing machine and having some fun again!!
I did want to mention that as I cut pieces to fit where I want/need them, I am always creating new smaller pieces, so the sewing together of these smaller pieces is an ongoing process all the while I am making my blocks. I don't know what I will use them for. Perhaps for filling in between blocks of different sizes, or maybe a scrappy border.. but I am sure I will find a use for them somewhere before this quilt is finished. LOL. I was even thinking of adding a scrappy panel sort of like they do sometimes with the original fabric on a OBW quilt. LOL. Only time will tell what will flow out of my brain.
So here are some photos of blocks in progress, and some after I've worked on them some more. A little D4P, D9P, pinwheel, hmmm, what else will you find?

    I LOVE this block!

Not so sure about this one... LOL

some snowmen to remind her where I am

    hmmmm

first we have a 9P, then we don't

I'm concerned the big print border is too much for the D4P, opinions??

oops this one is on edge, just keep making the strips

    and makin' and makin' 'em!

Thanks quiltinghere, I am not ill tho, I just have fibromyalgia and a chronic neck injury that gives me problems. That's how I can tell when I'm having too much fun, LOL. I do appreciate your thoughts for my sister; making this quilt is doing so much to help me cope, as well as doing this thread in the process.
    Hugggggggs and smilessssss
