    The quilts are both really pretty! My favorite is the second one. Your quilting looks great! I had to smile when you wrote " I hope there are no birds nests showing." :-D

    C'mon now! They are (all 4) beautiful, and I could't find the two blocks turned wrong, and even if I had, they are still pretty, you still made them, and they are finished! How much more do you need?? Love the colorways and the raggy is my fave.

    I sure hope the GS keeps the GF; how would they ever divide GMs gifts???

    Ok GS has to keep GF, if not she and I will take the quilt from him and she can move in with me. :-)

    A bird's nest is what I call that mess on the back of the quilt when you forget to put the presser foot down before you start quilting.

    Gorgeous quilts and love how you made a side for each of the special people. I love scrappy quilts and also have a hard time making a true scrappy, always wanting to be to controlling as you!
