    The border was part of the pattern in Pat Speth's Nickel quilts. Thought it would be harder to get them to fit but they went together perfectly. Great way to use up scraps too. Think this one calls for 4-5" squares though.

    I keep my sister pretty busy with the binding job. I've been trying to catch up on all my quilting and have been able to finish one a week. I do smaller projects in between to keep her busy. Her reason for sewing on the binding for me is so she will get her 3 quilts sooner. You had to know there was a reason behind her assisting me.........right?
