"Scrappy, too" done!

Recently finished another scrappy. I've been working on it off and on for a year between other projects. It was a fun pattern to do, all in scraps from over the years.

It is scrappy but looks "pulled together" so well with the aqua fabric. Really like it. I also like how the center has a special block. Can you post what the pattern name is or did you make this up? Thanks.
