    It's just got that old timey scrappy look so I would not add a border. I love it!

    I would really prefer a border on it....it needs a "frame" to hold your eye inside. Pick one of the colors in the blocks. I like the pattern!!

    I'll go with the minority on this one -- I like it the way it is - no border and I'd even use the sashing fabric for the binding. That being said, however, if you really need a border, how about using one of the tiny print greys I see on the right side of the picture? I'd also like to know the name/method of this block. Truly love your quilt.
