No more excuses....riiiiigghhhhhtttt hehehe. Tell ya what...after we finish coloring at my house...I'll come play in your scraps with you at your house.

Seriously though it really does look great!

I fear organization (that's my excuse  ) but love to admire it from afar!!!

I just got tired of bins  I had 2 on one of my fabric shelves, and another under the sewing machine. I thought I'd better get a handle on them before they got out of hand (for once!) The hard part is trying to decide just how to cut up the scraps into sizes that I'll use, since I haven't done a scrap quilt yet and don't really have a pattern in mind for one. I looked at the Quiltville site, but that would be way too many tubs or bins for me (just a personal preference - my sewing room is decorated with antiques, and tubs just don't match.) I'm seriously considering replacing the fabric shelf units with straight shelving in the closet, and these boxes will be just as at home there.

    Decisions, decisions!

All of my scraps are thrown into a HUGE plastic tote bag--no organization at all.

I love your system and you have motivated me to do something with my scraps.

I love your picture - I have been trying to clean and organize my sewing area and have made some great progress with it too. Slowly but surely I will make it through the area.
