    You are right. Many personal commitments pop up along the way, hindering our progress. You just reminded me....I had a few cross-stitch projects intended for my daughters when I was pregnant...and she is 11 now! OMG :shock:

    No, you aren't the only person to take a long time to quilt. You may, however, be the only person to admit it in public. Like everything else undone, it will be there when you are ready to start again. Fantastic project too.
