This is a portrait quilt I am doing of one of my older grandaughters. I caught her coming out of the shower and just had to take her picture.. I have a few more adjustments to make (one eye is larger than the other) and to darken the shadows. It is made from my hand dyed fabric with the exception of the towel. The painting is done with colored pencils and paint. Now for the quilting which is the hard part for me. I am going to do her hair with copper metallic thread. I hope you don't think it is too racey.

Wow, this is great. Not racey at all! Very tasteful and artistic. Wonderful job.

Hope her mom isn't too conservative. Great job though on the quilt.
