Oh I just knew it would end in tears.

As others have suggested... I would patch it up as best as you can.

A dog will know if you get a replacement. Sometimes they won't even be bothered with the new one - different smells, etc.

Isn't it just like little brothers and sisters to tear everything up??? I loved the pictures of Pepper with his duckie. So sweet!!! (The little siblings are cuties, too!)
I think that's it too! from the description. Knowing and loving animals, I have looked through about a thousand stuffed ducks tonight.

Our blind Joey has a fondness for lambswool lobsters. He is completely blind, but can find a lobster in the toy box- and we have some from different companies. He's a lobster boy.
I checked on the duck and it is the closest in comparrison yet. Thank you.
Your Joey has expensive taste..."lobster" wow. lol

The more I think about these comments I do believe you are right. What do you think of my getting another duck and replaceing the inside stuffing with the old duck (at least some of it) do you think there will be enough scent to over ride the new scent?

Or carefully take it apart and use the original as a pattern for a new one. Keep the pattern for the next time.
