Default Seat Covers - (Anti-) Cat Protection

Since my two cats love scratching the upholstery on chairs and the chairs don't love that back, I decided to make a set of 4 seat covers. The project turned out more complicated. The main problem was with designing, cutting and binding the reflex angles. (I hope I get the right English word for that and that you can understand what I mean.)

The project turned out far from perfect (you cannot see the faults in the photos), but still better than I expected when fighting those angles. And no matter how ugly finished, they are able of protecting the chairs, so they will be used. This was an UFO and I'm happy to have it done at last.

Congrats on finishing your Ufo! You did a fabulous job...now what do the cats think of your new creation? We have 2 cats and cover our chairs with throw blankets...your idea is perfect.

Thank you, Copycat. The cats have slept on it several times, no scratching so far.

Great job with covers. It's not easy an easy process to make these special fit items.

Your cushions are great! It's amazing what we do for our 4 legged children.
