So I was hired by a lady to take her butt-load of t-shirts and turn them into two quilts. It kicked my butt! I HATE t-shirt material! *grumbles*

But I finally finished the second one today. Tell me what you think. I didn't really follow a pattern, I just made it up as I went along. As a result, I think it's a bit abstract and busy...the second one also turned out wider than it is long...so weird, huh?

I think it turned out great. I'm sure the lady that wanted it will love it!

Hmmmmm since you are so good at these, maybe I could drop off a BIG buttload of teeshirts the next time I come to your town to visit family???? You would have a year to finish it before I came back through again!!!!!

Because the fabric is so stretchy that it doesn't lay flat and even along the non-stretchy backing fabric. So you have something that likes to move even though you pin the living daylights out of it.
