Default Seek, Find and Learn Quilt

I've had this Animal Alphabet panel for years and decided since our DGD is 5 and reading, it would make a great learning tool. I cut the panel apart and used each letter for the "door". Each door is closed with either a large button, Velcro square, large snap or short shoelace. Inside the door is a small picture of the panel letter and all the items in the picture that begin with that letter. I used an iron on version of Printed Treasures and the computer to print the words and pictures.

That's so cute I can't find any of those panels written in Dutch otherwise I would make one for my DGS!

What a cute idea. It's a nice learning quilt! It kind of reminded me of my "Dressy Bessy Doll" from when I was younger.
