    freindship stars would be pretty and very meaningfull ther is a pattern on aboutquilting .com that is called spring time ribon its realy pretty and it uses freinship stars its not a hard pattern but its a bit ime consuming i did tow twin size quilts with it when i just started out

    Do a search on the 10 minute block, which can be turned into a faux cathedral window. It goes fast.

    I like this idea as well! Friendship star would have a lot of meaning.

    Thanks so much for this link!!! I still haven't decided what to do yet but I really like this. And I like that this solves my problem of needing to have something really light weight for the climate in which she lives.
