Selvage christmas mouse pattern
#1
Here is my mouse pattern, I'll post more pics when I have time to make some.
The mouse shown is actually one I made while looking for the pattern shown here. He turned out to big, too pointy and the placement of the ears are too far from the nose. I thought he looked more like a possum.
You may use felt or piece over felt or whatever.
Make button holes at head to lace ears through and at the tail to hold the candycane. The candy cane should fit on the bottom of the mouse through the loop for the ears to stabilize it for hanging. Use beads or any kind of embelishment for eyes & nose. Twist black button thread or embroidery floss around a pencil & wet with watered down elmers glue. Let dry and sew onto snoot. 8-)

I forgot to add the wiskers to this mouse....,

this is the actual size on a sheet of paper, you can make them any size you want, depending on the candy cane.

LOL It's a very cute mouse, nice pattern. What is making me laugh is the "Do not use for children" selvage in the middle. Unintentional I know but that one cracked me up!
Thanks for sharing the instructions.
