    Your sewing room looked so peaceful, quaint and old fashioned. I love it. Makes you want to sew in there and pull up a big overstuffed chair to do handwork. Is that fabric in the panels of the hutch? Love it.

    Yes, it is fabric, Joann's went back for more for my bench but it was gone at my store.
    Just cut and iron fabric over & not under, use thumtacks on the back into wood,
    I also used material on the back of sewing desk, snice the back of it is in the middle of room, so I can see out the window, I don't like to be anywhere I can see outside.
    Yes, my husband said I am too funny.
    I have another hutch on my back porch, it is a blue,
    I put chicken wire where the windows had been and fabric
    chickens & roosters in it, I just changed it a few months
    ago to: still blue hutch- but chicken wire gone, windows
    returned and a white and blue print: childen swinging, trees, old farm land. There are easy to do and redo.

    my husband painted it and I used fabric on windows.
    It was stainted maple wood. Hardware is the oringinal color
    ( door & drawers pulls).

    the bowl and pitcher, was given to my husband & I for a wedding present, 37 yrs. ago.
