Sew and Sews Quilt Quild Show
Treasure Mountain Festival was this weekend. What a great weekend I had. The quild I am a member of sponsored the quilt show. This was the first show I have ever attended as well as the first time I have entered on. Much to my surprise I placed third in the lap throw category. The show was amazing and I had so much fun with all the ladies. Cant wait till next years show. I think I have been bitten by the show bug seeing as how I plan on entering another in two weeks. Anyhow took lots of pics and since I probably wont be able to post all of them due to limits on the board I will post mine and some of my favorites. Here it goes. The first one is mine, the last one took people choice. It is all hand embroidary and absolutely amazing. Hope you enjoy.

Thanks so much and congratulations on winning a ribbon. Your quilt is lovely. Now that you've been bitten, look up some articles on making show quilts. You'll be amazed at the stuff judges notice and how much you can improve your techniques. Thanks for sharing.
