I feel like my triangles aren't lining up OK I can't seem to find any sewing order drections for this pattern. Here's what I'm doing the center triangles (banana fabric) sew the left side (red dots) then sew the right side then I'm sewing them to the large blue square, I then am repeating the steps adding the brown blocks and then add them to the sqaure. Am I doing this right? I think I am getting thrown off by something simple

That is what the tips are suppose to look like in an unfinished block. Remember when you put it together with the next block you need to have 1/4 inch for your seam, that is why the points don't extend to the outside edge.

Looks good, no floating points and no blunted points. Your way is definitely working.

Thanks, some of the tips where the red meets the blue, had a gap of white so I wasn't sure if my sewing order was wrong or the way I was lining them up

You are making a "flying geese" block with the banana and red dots fabric and they can be tricky to make. You're doing just fine, keep up the good work!
