i think everybody gets messy sometime, but i know a agent that comes in to sell your house will tell you to put all your personal stuff away and have lots of room showing, to make the rooms look bigger and make the whole house smell nice,, lots of less stuff makes moving easier too, i've moved alot of times, so i know these things, [husband was in the Air Force.].

happy kid, lots of dressers. lots of space. this could work for you, too. put the mattress up off the floor on top of storage units like dressers or shelves. use the storage and people can still sleep up there. you'd have lots of storage for your stuff without getting rid of the bed.

BUT i like the idea of a bunk bed, top only, with all kinds of shelves and cubbies underneath, maybe even a u-shape . hang a curtain to hide all the goodies.
good idea, tmw  .
