    well, it was a mess...then i emptied it so we could paint it...i have it about 1/2 way put back together, reluctant to finish,,,don't want to clutter it up again, it is so nice to have it half empty!

    My sewing room is getting messy too. It really makes a difference in getting things done when everything is organized.

    "By golly," I see your problem, LOL! That fabric storage probably isn't working for ya on its side like that! :D

    I wish I could paint my space, too, but can't as it's a rental, and historic at that. Right now it is SUCH a cluttered mess it gives me a headache and sends me to bed for a let's-do-it-later nap way too often. I'm much better on sunny days, honest!

    I hope you're able to re-use your wonderful space after you put it back together, without messing it up again. Then again, "a neat desk is the sign of a sick mind", right? :mrgreen:

    I can relate. I just finished a project yesterday and then cleaned my sewing room after I was finished. I want to start another project but I don't want to mess up my room. It is seldom neat so I'd like to enjoy it for a while. But....don't feel like myself unless I have a project in process.
